Service Description
After a big weekend of training there is no better way to stretch out those hips, hamstrings and lower back than yoga. Yoga is known to improve your running and cycling and prevent injury. It helps to open the hip-flexors, stretch out the hamstrings, keep muscles around the joints in alignment and strengthen smaller muscles.
